This Website is aiming at reviewing the balance of the early vehicles for the game War Thunder. but had evolve into the complet review of each tech tree.
the Review come into stage
- Bumb every Battle Rating by 1.0 safe for those vehicles that would need a different Battle Rating for reason of balance and considering the new addition
- Add new vehicles that offer an possibility to fight other tank in a balanced rating over the other vehicles already ingame or to be added
- select reserve that could be consider as equivalent to the reserve found in other tech tree
- add about every vehicles that could be needed in the tech tree
- remove the vehicles that was never built, and no mercy for those nation that really need them, so far i saw none that absolutly need them anyway, that include Japan
- vehicles placement in the lines, some vehicles might be moved from a line or another or in a different rank just because it seem to make sense to me
- if needed, a 6th line would be created for thos nation that can offer enough for it.
Despite of what we might thing, i discover that every nation is actually capable to offer a balanced gameplay fallowing this new revision. i personally had fun researching each vehicles for each nation, in some occasion, i had a lot of help from different expert of different community. this project is my own, but i didn't work alone. a lot of vehilces was already fairly detailled in different suggestion found on https://forum.warthunder.com/ and https://wiki.warthunder.com/Main_Page i sometime just had to copy-paste the existing information. i seldom name the original autor of those text and information, but always think about putting a link at the end of the description of each vehicles to led to either the Wiki page or the Suggestion. if there is no link, that mean the vehicles is neither suggested or in the game. the information indicated are my own writting, and there might be speeling mistake or innacuracy in some of them. only i never make up information, if the information is wrong, that is only because the source was wrong. it happen sometime. as long i can do it, i add a picture of the actual vehicles for each vehicles as a way to prove their existance. if those picture cannot be found, i will try find the next best thing.
Right now, i worked hard on those tech tree, it can take me serial weeks to make a single of those teach tree, if you take an exemples such as the American ground tech tree, each vertical line take about 12 hours of work. and there is 8 lines. logically it took me around 96 hours to finish the American ground Tech tree. considering the work and my responsability, you might realize that sometime, the work need to be spread over serial mounts. by the time i finish, often the one i did before is already out-dated. but i made a lot of work on my spare time, and there is a lot of them that are already finished. actuallymost of them are, and i even worked on potential addition just for fun. i am a pretty deligent man and love good work with a lot of care for the details. often i like to draw the costum icon for the new vehicles. i done hundreds of them, some are just slightly modified icon that was already exinting, like just changin the barrel in the care just the gun change, but some are either heavily modified or my own work from scratch. i just love the details in the good work.
